Suppose your chappals are badly damaged (as are mine usually), then you don't have a (proper) sole, rt?

and if I ask you "why so obsessed about finding the right sole?"

you can then reply "how can you understand the emptiness that seeks a sole, mate?"

FYI : Shakespeare once said, " .. you have no soul ... so how can you understand the emptiness that seeks a soul-mate?"

Shakespeare also said .. "a love denied blights the soul we owe to God" and I cannot but just give up ....
